Working with Fantasy, a market-leading product design company, we were tasked to design an exceptional experience for a soon-to-launch digital bank in Singapore.
Our goal was to design a unique banking app that would be distinctive amongst a sea of familiar apps.
As Experience Director, I lead a program of work from insight to vision and execution, shaping the experience and creative direction.
With a lean team, this was also a hands-on role which saw me defining the framework, producing wireframes, prototypes and designs, whilst managing project teams, stakeholders and timelines.
Within 4 months, we produced development-ready designs for the end-to-end app. Customer testing and market research was conducted frequently to prove the desirability and usability.
10 days after launch, the app reached 100k new customers and #1 spot in the App Store.
