Wellness Tablet App Design
Opportunity
This in-store app was to assist people self-navigate a large store to find relief to minor medical issues, rather than waiting in line to speak to a pharmacist.
My Role
UX and UI design for the initial store-release for the app, closely working with the developers to ensure rapid delivery of MVP.
Outcome
Trial of the app in store saw positive feedback from customers and staff. Customers reported an ease of use, quick and direct route to finding relevant medication without the need of staff assistance.
